Quayside Penthouse is on two floors and can sleep up to 8 (one bedroom with double bed and bed settee, one bedroom with triple bunkbeds and single bed, one bedroom area with double bed settee which can be separated off from 26 ft living area via curtain. There are two bathrooms (one en-suite) both with whirlpool bath and shower over.The main bathroom also has Grohe double headed shower . As well as a separate kitchen the Penthouse boasts a separate wet bar area for preparing the evening's drinks. The bedrooms are on the upper floor accessed by a beautiful curved staircase. The master bedroom suite has a gorgeous travertine tiled en-suite bathroom with his and hers wash basins. It also benefits from a beautiful dressing/lounging area with lcd tv/ dvd player and views of the Tyne Bridge (this can also be used as a sleeping area if required). Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes .The living/dining room has stunning contemporary furnishings and boasts beautiful views via 4 arched windows. Unfortunately the apartment is unsuitable for disabled visitors since it is on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the building (no lift).

Quayside Penthouse offers 1700 square feet of pure luxury. We are happy to accept groups up to 8 but will point out that with only two bathrooms there may be some queuing for ablutions and also bedroom two will be quite cozy !

For larger parties, Tyne View, the apartment with the most incredible views of Newcastle is adjoining the Penthouse. Booking both together would give a max of 12.
For larger parties - Quayside apartments will give you private use of the whole apartment block. Currently this will give occupancy of 17. This will be 21 when the final apartment has been renovated (anticipated Spring 2010).
